1. Identification of the Owner

  1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of cosmetic products offered through the official UTĒ website.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Products

UTĒ sells cosmetic products formulated in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and Council.

Images on the website are representative. Slight variations in shades may occur due to screen settings.

  1. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

UTĒ reserves the right to change prices at any time, with the applicable price being the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  1. Purchase Process
  1. Customer selects products.
  2. Adds to cart.
  3. Enters billing and shipping information.
  4. Selects payment method.
  5. Confirms the order.

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive confirmation via email.

UTĒ reserves the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent use.

  1. Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be indicated during the checkout process.

The payment platform complies with the security standards required by European regulation (PSD2).

  1. Shipping

Estimated delivery times will be indicated at the time of purchase.

UTĒ will not be responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.

Conditions

  • Product unused.
  • unopened and unsealed.
  • Original packaging intact.

Returns of opened cosmetic products will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

  1. Defective Products

In the case of a defective product or incorrect shipment, the customer must notify UTĒ within 14 calendar days.

UTĒ will cover the costs of replacement or refund.

  1. Liability

UTĒ shall not be responsible for:

  • Improper use of the product.
  • Adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

It is recommended to review the INCI list before use.

  1. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on personal data protection.

Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by emailing info@utemakeup.com .

  1. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s residence.
