Return policy

At UTĒ, we carefully oversee every detail of our formulas and processes. For hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, our return conditions are clear and strict, ensuring protection for both the customer and the integrity of the product.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current European regulations.

Essential conditions:

  • The product must be unused..
  • It must be unopened and unsealed..
  • The original packaging must be intact, without damage or tampering..
  • The product must be kept in perfect condition.

UTĒ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  1. Non-returnable products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetic products unsealed after delivery.
  • Opened or used products.

This includes, among others, lipsticks, foundations, mascaras, eyeshadows, blushes, and any other product that has been handled.

  1. Defective or incorrect products

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing:

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Detailed description of the issue

After validation, UTĒ will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by UTĒ.

  1. Return procedure

To initiate any return, the customer must first contact:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, return instructions and the shipping address will be provided.

  1. Shipping costs
  • For defective products or order errors, costs are covered by UTĒ.
  • In cases of voluntary withdrawal (unopened product in perfect condition), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The maximum processing time is 10 calendar days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
